By completing the campaign request form, you agree in providing your contact information. Such contact information includes first and last name, title, company name, industry type, mailing address, telephone number, email address and company size ("Contact Information"). Any personal mailing address details captured in this program, will be processed only for the completion of program shipping fulfilment requirements. Once shipping is complete, all data provided as personal mailing address will be deleted from our system.

We will use your Contact Information to: (i) carry out our obligations arising from this program; or (ii) provide you with the services, products or information, you have requested from us; (iii) notify you about updates and changes to our campaign terms.

This program is exclusive to European countries. This program offering/gift is not available to countries outside EU and/or outside of Pan-Euro-Med Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
