On the Board
After the discussion, we’ll continue the experience with a hands-on charcuterie workshop. Guided by an instructor, attendees will explore the fundamentals of pairing cured meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, spreads, and accompaniments before creating a board that’s both beautiful and delicious. You’ll also be able to take home your very own board to enjoy and share with others.
