Women Who Cyber brings together a curated community of aspiring and accomplished cybersecurity professionals for intimate, interactive events focused on connection, mentorship, and shared insight—paired with unforgettable experiences. On the Board
After the discussion, we’ll continue the experience with a hands-on charcuterie workshop. Guided by an instructor, attendees will explore the fundamentals of pairing cured meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, spreads, and accompaniments before creating a board that’s both beautiful and delicious. You’ll also be able to take home your very own board to enjoy and share with others.

Nitza Daniel is the Vice President, Global Advanced Technology Group at Proofpoint. Nitza has thrived in the technology industry since 1993 and has held key individual contributor and leadership roles at notable companies including EMC and Veritas/Symantec. In 2015, she joined Proofpoint as Regional Director, Named Accounts for the Pacific Northwest and doubled the size of the team while maintaining a high level of employee retention and driving revenue growth and product adoption. Nitza then moved into the West Area Vice President role where she led the West Named Account team, overachieving annual NARR targets and attending President's Club. In July 2023, she moved to her current role as the ATG leader overseeing the Data Security, People Protection and Digital Communication and Governance teams. Nitza is fluent in three languages and holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Computer Science. Outside of work, Nitza enjoys spending time with family, reading, baking, and eating dessert. Frances Ho is a Lead Customer Success Manager at HackerOne, specializing in strategic enterprise planning and the design of robust cybersecurity programs. A specialist in defining and executing long-term security strategies, she partners with global organizations to align technical vulnerability management with overarching business goals. Frances’s career is defined by her ability to bridge the gap between technical security teams and executive leadership to drive operational excellence and record-breaking programs. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where she was a recipient of the Berkeley Leadership Award.
