Shannon Smith is an accomplished attorney with over twenty years’ experience at the crossroads of technology and the law. In her current role as the leader of the Healthcare team at Proofpoint, Shannon is focused on helping healthcare organizations protect their employees and defend their data against a constantly evolving threat landscape. She consults with healthcare clients on leveraging cybersecurity technology to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Prior to joining Proofpoint, Shannon worked with organizations to develop policies and processes to support information governance programs, including complex data management strategies and workflows to streamline investigative and litigation efforts.

Dara Gibson is a globally recognized cybersecurity leader, CEO of CyberReady, and President of the InfraGard Arizona Members Alliance, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in bridging the gap between technical resilience, compliance, and cyber insurance readiness. A multi-award-nominated subject matter expert and founding member of WiCyS Arizona, she specializes in modernizing enterprise risk programs and cultivating strategic partnerships to safeguard public and private critical infrastructure.

Juliana Caviolo is a technology and cybersecurity professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning program development, management, and sales. For the past decade, she has focused on cybersecurity, helping organizations address evolving threats and strengthen their security posture. Throughout her career, Juliana has worked for several best-in-class technology companies, partnering with customers to drive business outcomes through innovation and strategic technology solutions. She is passionate about supporting and advancing women in cybersecurity and enjoys sharing insights on career growth, leadership, and the opportunities within the industry.
