Tamara Hill is a cybersecurity awareness and human risk leader with more than two decades of experience setting strategy, developing talent, and driving culture and behavior change across Fortune 500 and mission-driven organizations. At Fannie Mae, she leads enterprise cybersecurity awareness initiatives spanning phishing simulations, role-based education, executive engagement, strategic partnerships, and human risk management.
Previously at Ford Motor Company, Tamara directed global security awareness programs for more than 100,000 employees, delivered over 200 learning events and enterprise phishing campaigns, helped establish a $2.5 million Insider Threat Program, and played an instrumental role in recruiting new talent.
She is active in Fannie Mae's Women in Technology employee resource group, is a member of FS-ISAC, and is a certified Google #IamRemarkable Facilitator. Tamara is passionate about developing future leaders, expanding opportunities for women, and shaping the future of cybersecurity. She holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Wayne State University.
Cecil Hammett is an Information Security Management Analyst at SES, where she focuses on cybersecurity governance, vendor risk management, security assessments, compliance, and security awareness. She works closely with technical and business stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies, manage cyber risk, and support security-focused decision-making across the organization.
Before pursuing a career in cybersecurity, Cecil worked as a software engineer. She later earned a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Operations & Leadership, building on her technical foundation to help organizations better understand and manage cyber risk. Cecil especially enjoys the aspects of cybersecurity that go beyond technology, particularly collaboration, problem-solving, and working with the people behind the systems we protect. Passionate about making cybersecurity more accessible and connected to real-world business needs, she believes strong security is founded on people and technology working together.
