At this event you’ll learn from, and be inspired by, our panel of influential women as they discuss how they broke through the glass ceiling and continue to pave the way for women to lead and excel in the industry. Erin Leonard has more than 15 years of experience with Information & Cyber Security, focused on enterprise risk and remediation. She started her career in enterprise compliance at Fidelity Investments and Iron Mountain Records Management before spending 10 years at RSA Security, focused on the Archer Governance, Risk and Compliance business. Erin’s background as a systems administrator, Professional Services consultant and Presales technical leader of security technology has given her the ability to view risk from people, process and technology perspectives. Erin graduated from the University of Vermont and received her MBA from Bryant University and her MSCIS from Boston University. She lives in the Boston area and has a passion for exercise and running - she has completed 8 full marathons including Boston, Chicago, Berlin and NYC.

Kasey is a veteran of the United States Air Force with a background in Fusion Intelligence, Counterterrorism, and Human Behavioral Analysis. She transitioned into the Insider Risk discipline, spending the latter half of her government career conducting proactive behavioral and technical analysis for Insider Threat investigations within the Department of Defense, leveraging advanced detection technologies.
In the private sector, Kasey went on to lead global Insider Risk Programs, including for a global retailer, where she built and scaled enterprise-wide strategies to proactively identify and mitigate human-driven risks.
Today, she serves as the founder and leader of Proofpoint’s Insider Risk Practitioner Forum, a peer-to-peer community with over 60 organizations and 100+ active participants, dedicated to advancing best practices in the field.
