Ryan joined Proofpoint from WatchDox where he served as both chief product officer and CMO.
Previously, Ryan ran solutions across HP’s portfolio of security products, was director of product strategy at ArcSight, and held a variety of positions at VeriSign, Ryan received his bachelor's degree from Stanford University, where he studied fault tolerance, cryptography, and authentication algorithms.

Marc Reinhardt is the Director of Cyber Security & IT Risk at Icon Group, a global cancer care organisation operating across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the UK, and Europe. With experience spanning the finance, retail, and healthcare sectors, Marc brings a pragmatic and outcomes-driven approach to cybersecurity. He specialises in building governance and operating models that bridge global strategy with local execution, turning cybersecurity from a compliance requirement into a genuine business enabler. His work and insights have been featured in panel discussions and industry forums addressing threat intelligence, legacy system security, and scalable security operating models.
Erin Leonard
Worldwide Senior Director of Sales Engineering and Security Architecture for Data Security at Proofpoint
Erin has 20 years of experience with Information & Cyber Security, focused on enterprise risk and remediation. She started her career in enterprise compliance at Fidelity Investments and Iron Mountain Records Management before spending 10 years at RSA Security, focused on the Archer Governance, Risk and Compliance business.
Erin graduated from the University of Vermont, received her MBA from Bryant University and her Master’s in Computer Information Systems (MSCIS) from Boston University. She also serves as an Advisor for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Vermont’s Grossman School of Business and was named by Women We Admire as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Massachusetts for 2025.

In her role, she provides expertise to customers and partners on Proofpoint’s strategies within people-centric security, risk management, data privacy, security awareness and compliance.
Prior to joining Proofpoint, Jennifer held various strategic and technical roles at Cisco and most recently, WatchDox where she drove all aspects of product go-to-market through to sales enablement and content development. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BSE in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
