Tom Corn
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Threat Protection Group
Tom Corn is Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Threat Protection Group at Proofpoint. He leads the company’s core threat protection offerings, including Email Security, Threat Protection, Identity Defense, Threat Research, AI, and Machine Learning. With a mandate to accelerate innovation and enhance threat efficacy, Tom is focused on evolving Proofpoint’s capabilities to help customers stay ahead of an increasingly complex and dynamic threat landscape. Tom brings over two decades of cybersecurity leadership across both established enterprises and emerging ventures. Most recently, he co-founded a startup focused on securing agentic-AI applications. Prior to that, he held the Chief Product Officer position at Ontinue, where he helped shape the company’s AI-driven approach to managed extended detection and response (MXDR). He previously served as Senior Vice President of VMware’s Security Business Unit and held key leadership roles at RSA Security, including GM of the Data Security Business and Chief Strategy and Technology Officer. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Rob Randell
Sr. Director, Technical Sales
Rob Randell is currently the Sr. Director, Technical Sales for Proofpoint's Advanced Technology Group. In this role, he leads a team of Systems Engineers and Architects to help customers and partners get the most out of Proofpoint's advanced technologies, including Information Protection, Cloud Security, Security Awareness Training, and Email Fraud Defense. Before Proofpoint, Rob was a Director in the Security and Risk Practice at ServiceNow. Rob is a regular speaker at different events, from local ISSA Meetings to larger security conferences such as the RSA Conference. Rob's career has been deep into information security through several avenues. Virtualization security and micro-segmentation through the hypervisor at VMware, endpoint memory-based protection with startup Determina (acquired by VMware), anti-malware at Webroot, and before that Vericept, which was the original player in the DLP space.

Tim Choi
GVP, Product Marketing
Tim Choi is responsible for product marketing of all products and solutions at Proofpoint. Prior to Proofpoint, he was a member of the product management leadership team at BlackBerry and was part of the turnaround journey of the company to software and security. Choi also led product management and product marketing at WatchDox (acquired by BlackBerry) and product initiatives for VASCO’s cloud authentication services. Choi started his career as the first employee at Voltage Security (acquired by HP), where he held leadership roles in product management, technical sales, services and business development. He has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and M.S. degree in Management Science and Engineering, both from Stanford University.

Sr. Director, Technical Sales
Erin Leonard has more than 15 years of experience with Information & Cyber Security, focused on enterprise risk and remediation. She started her career in enterprise compliance at Fidelity Investments and Iron Mountain Records Management before spending 10 years at RSA Security, focused on the Archer Governance, Risk and Compliance business. Erin’s background as a systems administrator, Professional Services consultant and Presales technical leader of security technology has given her the ability to view risk from people, process and technology perspectives. Erin graduated from the University of Vermont and received her MBA from Bryant University and her MSCIS from Boston University. She lives in the Boston area and has a passion for exercise and running - she has completed 8 full marathons including Boston, Chicago, Berlin and NYC.
