TAP is one of the most valuable tools for security professionals, and it is constantly being updated with new features and reports.
This will be a technical panel where we will cover new TAP features, including:
Iván Hernández is the Sales Engineering Manager for Proofpoint Southeast. He has over 30 years of experience in Information and Cyber Security, providing leadership for companies in various sectors, including Financial, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Retail industries. Iván joined Proofpoint as a Senior Sales Engineer in 2016, and in that role he provided technical advice for cyber security issues for companies all across the Southeast. He has held an active CISSP certification since 2002.
Midd Carmack is a Sales Engineer with Proofpoint in the Southeast region. He has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Cyber Security, providing architectural, design, and implementation recommendations to solve a multitude of cybersecurity challenges using Proofpoint’s portfolio of best-in-class products across the network, endpoint, cloud, and email. Prior to joining Proofpoint in 2018, he held a variety of technical positions including IT infrastructure management, cloud services product management, and system administration. He holds a B.S. degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University.
Eric has been with Proofpoint since February 2020. He has been in the cyber security industry since 2012. Before joining Proofpoint, Eric spent 20 years in the Navy, traveling the world, and visiting places he had only read about in books, while growing up in a small town, Barnwell SC. The Giza plateau, Stonehenge, Monaco, Buckingham Palace, the leaning Tower of Pisa, the Roman Colliseuam, Vatican City, Tel Aviv, Monaco, Nice, the Cannes Film Festival, living on the Island of Puerto Rico. Now, eric likes to spend his time, taking leisurely boat rides with his Wife, Renee, and their 4 rescued dogs, on Lake Murray, SC. When he isn’t on his boat, you can probably find him at a local golf course, being a student of the game. Eric and his Wife Renee also are AVID supporters of the University of South Carolina Gamecocks. Eric and Renee have 3 sons, Adam 27, Jonathan 23, and Jason 20.
