Driving Behavior Change and Reducing Human Risk
October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, highlighting everyone’s crucial role in protecting people and their organization. Cybercriminals exploit human behavior, targeting people across email, messaging, collaboration tools, and other digital channels, making it harder to prevent people from engaging with threat actors. Additionally, 96% of users who took risky actions did so knowingly, bypassing security, according to the Proofpoint 2024 State of the Phish, which further complicates the challenge.
Security awareness programs are essential in preparing employees to safely navigate today’s threat landscape. However, awareness alone isn’t enough. Employees require personalized, risk-based guidance and adaptive learning that engages and empowers them to consistently make safer decisions.
