- Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this Bracket, each entrant warrants that he/she fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules, which are final and binding. Receiving any prizes is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- Eligibility: Each winner must be at least 18 years of age or older. Employees or officials of any domestic or foreign government (including federal, state and local branches), government controlled entity, political party or public international organization are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Time Period: By March 15, 2016.
- Entry Restrictions: One entry per person.
- Claiming Prizes: Prizes must be claimed by each winner on or before April 5, 2016 (the “claim date”). If any winner does not claim his/her prize by the claim date, the prize will become null and void. In the event a winning entry contains more than one name, the prize will be awarded to the first name listed on the entry.
- Use of name and image: Participation in this promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to use of his/her name, image and/or picture t in any media without further payment or consideration.
- Disputes: In the case of any dispute, the sponsoring companies’ decision shall be final.
- Maximum Value of Prize: The estimated value of the Prizes are $49.99 USD each. The sponsoring companies make no claim regarding the actual value of any prize and does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of any estimate.
- Taxes: All winner(s) of any prize(s) are subject to all applicable procedures, restrictions, rules, directives, state and local laws and regulations, and are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, fees, assessments, charges, license, title, registration, and assessments associated with the prize(s). The IRS requires that corresponding taxes on prize values of $5,000 or greater must be paid upon award, and before prize distribution.
- Exchange of Prize for Cash: The winner does not have the ability to exchange the prize for cash.
- Validity of Entries: The sponsoring companies assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, undelivered entries or entries without proper payment received. These entries shall be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified.
- Conditions of the Promotion: The sponsoring companies’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The sponsoring companies will determine the winner in their sole discretion.
- Employer Consent. By participating in this promotion, each entrant warrants that he or she has obtained any required consents from his/her employer to participate and that his/her participation in the promotion and receipt of any prizes under the promotion does not violate (a) any applicable laws or (b) the policies or procedures of the entrant’s employer.
