On this page, you'll find resources for all Marketing Operations Requests.

*Please note you must be logged into your Microsoft account to view/complete any request forms. Being logged out may result in an error message or blank screen being shown. If you click on a request and do not see a form, please log in to Microsoft in a separate window and then refresh this page.

Campaigns & Programs

Programs/Campaign Code
This option is for the base Marketo program/SFDC campaign *only. Use these options to Create, Edit, or have the MOPS team Review an already created program/campaign. 'Request'* is for new requests only. 'Edit' is to update any program/campaign information (ie. Name, Date, Time, etc). For any additions to existing programs or campaigns, OR to populate a program with a completed brief/copy, please download the docs below, and send to MOPS directly. 'Review' is to have the MOPS team review any existing program before going live.

Download Request Templates
Use this to create/add/edit an asset to a new or existing program. Attach alongside the program request if new, or send post-creation if adding or editing. After downloading, you must Send to MOPS directly on the right.

Send to MOPS
Attach your completed doc to the email and select the request you are sending below. You will receive a receipt confirming your request shortly after. * Please delete your email footer on all sends and replies *

Request UTM Code

H2: Section 2 – Text with Form

This section is for you main content. Note each section in this template can be turn on and off depending on your layout. See the right edit menu under "Variables". Also under varables you can change the background color of each section.

The first section should always have a white background (#ffffff)
You can create an all white page or use #F4F3F0 for the light gray background color
PLEASE DO NOT add other colors as background colors

Form

Section 4: Text With Video

If you have already created a program in Marketo with your YouTube video as a local asset use the drop down menu to select your video. If you need to add your YouTube video URL into Marketo follow the steps below.

Great a program in Marketing Activities
Click on "New" select "New Local Asset"
In the "New Local Asset Window" click on "YouTube Video"
A popup will come up – fill out the info box and click on "Create"
The "Video Details" box appears, add your YouTube video URL here, fill out the other info and click "Finish"
Go back to your landing page and your video will appear in the drop down menu, select it and you're done

Program/Campaign Code

Use this to request a new program/campaign to be created or reviewed. 'Request' is for new program requests only. For any additions to existing programs or campaigns, OR to populate a program with a completed brief/copy, please download the docs to the right, and send to MOPS directly.

Data & Reporting

Reports/Dashboards

Use this to request for either a creation or an update to an existing report or dashboard. Please note we are currently only accepting requests in Marketo or SFDC.

List Pull

Use this to request Data for a list pull to use in segmentation/targeting.

External Data

Use this to request Data gathered externally (ie. 6sense, ZoomInfo, TechTarget) whether it is to be added/updated in our systems.

Systems & Access

MarTech Review

Use this to request a review of MarTech you are wishing to evaluate, or looking to have a Security Review submitted for. This includes but is not limited to potential duplicative elements and integrations. ***This needs to be submitted before agreeing any new contract with a vendor*** Any submission post-agreement is not guaranteed to pass any SecOps or MOPS related checks.

Please fill out Sec Ops Review if onboarding a new vendor/product.

Marketo Access

Use this to request a Marketo license. Please note that Marketo Certification training must be completed prior to provisioning.

SFDC Access

Use this to request access into SFDC.

Data & Reporting

Reports & Dashboards
Use this to request for either a creation or an update to an existing report or dashboard. Please note we are currently only accepting requests in Marketo or SFDC.

Opportunity Attribution
Use this to request that an opportunity be updated to include a particular campaign as the Primary Campaign Source.

List Pull
Use this to request Data for a list pull to use in segmentation/targeting.

External Data
Use this to request Data gathered externally (ie. 6sense, ZoomInfo, TechTarget) whether it is to be added/updated in our systems.

Marketo Integration
Please complete the document and provide back to MOPS at [email protected]. This questionnaire will likely need to be provided to the vendor to complete the second section after the requestor provides the information asked in the first section.
