now series:

building a people-centric
cybersecurity strategy

Do you know when or how your people (and not just healthcare executives) are being targeted? Do you know who the most cyber attacked people in your organization are? Are your very attacked people (VAPs) the same as your very important people (VIPs)?

Healthcare cyber attacks have become an ever-present occurrence with more than one breach now being reported every day. And while the focus of cybercriminal activity has largely moved away from ransomware, people are being targeted in far greater numbers. Simply put, cybercriminals see clinical and admin staff as the weak link in a health institution's security strategy and this is where they attack.

Join Ryan Witt, Managing Director, Healthcare Industry Practice and other cybersecurity experts at Proofpoint, to learn how to protect your institution's greatest assets– its people and the data that they have access to. We’ll discuss how to build a people-centric cybersecurity strategy that will:

  • Prevent cyberattacks by stopping them before they start
  • Defend against email and cloud threats
  • Respond quickly to threats and limit the damage they could cause
  • Secure your users of cloud apps and their data from advanced threats, data loss and compliance risks
  • Change end-user behavior and reduce risk with Security Awareness Training
